This hotel suits me perfectly! The 24-hour reception and internet access make my stays hassle-free. The staff was great, especially when they helped my elderly parents during our first visit. I'll be back for another weekend!

The front staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. The staff attempted to remedy the cleanliness issues, showing concern for my comfort.
The overall condition of the hotel fell short of my expectations.

great walkable access to parks and local eateries
During my stay, I found it super convenient to explore Tournament Park, which is just a short walk away, and the local dining options, like Chris' Korean BBQ, were only a few steps from the hotel, making it easy to enjoy delicious meals after a day of sightseeing. however, the hotel could improve their cleanliness standards.

The room was a total mixed bag. First off, it was somewhat clean but had a smoky smell that lingered. The bathroom could’ve used a deep clean—there were stains and hair left over. The mattress and pillows were decent, though. Also, the noise from other guests was annoying, especially late at night. Not a great spot for peace and quiet. I guess the balcony view was nice if that counts for anything.

The location is great for events, really close to the Rose Bowl and other local attractions. The staff were mostly friendly and helpful when I had questions. I appreciated having a fridge and microwave in my room, which made snacking easy. However, the room had some issues. the beds were uncomfortable, and I found it hard to sleep because the sheets wouldn’t stay on the mattress. There was dirt in the bathroom corners, and the walls and switches needed a good wipe-down. I could hear noise from the neighboring room as well, which was distracting. Breakfast options were limited, and some items ran out quickly. The parking situation was decent, with enough spots available. Overall, it had potential but felt rundown in spots.
